Hallo erstmal,
also wenn ich nen Himmerl erstell auch mit environment entity etc. etc. dann ist es unter der "sonne" hell und in denn schattigeren Räumen gewöhnlich immer dunkler.
^^ Tolle Erkenntnis, wa? Naja, nun möchte ich gern erreichen dass ich selbst in den Räumen die weder Fenster noch eine andere Lichtquelle besitzen, eine gewisse Helligkeit herrscht. Warum ich das will? Diese Räume bestizen "Fake-Fenster", sprich sehen aus wie Fenster, sind aber nich durchsichtig oder zerstörbar....logisch weil ich sonst n Leak hätte. Alles klar?

Also meine Frage: Wie erreiche ich dass auf meiner gesamten Map ein gewisses Mindesetmaß an Licht gewährleistet ist?

In den Map Properties (im Menü) gibt es einen Eintrag "minimum light level" (oder so ähnlich, je nach fgd)

Den solltest du mal höher setzen.

"defaul light level" isses.

Jo danke, habs selbst grad gefunden. Hab das schon mal vor ca. nem Jahr gebraucht, nur mir wollts einfach nicht mehr einfallen.

Aber sobald man jemand anderen frägt, fällt es einem selsbt wieder ein...tchjaja Sachen gibts.

Ich nochmal: Es funktioniert nicht :D

Hab mal ne Testmap gebaut: Eine Box mit Himmel und Sonne und da nen Raum dran geklebt der ziemlich in die tiefe geht. Fazit nach dem Kompilieren: Der raum wird immer dunkler je weiter man nach hinten geht. Is ja auch logisch weil die Sonne ja nicht so weit scheint, ABER: Ich hab ne Grundhelligkeit von 150 eingestellt.....auch bei na grundhelligkeit von 200 ändert sich nix. Das wird einfach nicht berücksichtig.

Dassselbe hab ich auch fpr ne Map ohne Sky und light-environment ausprobiert. Also lediglich ein spot rein. Das Fazit bleibt das Gleiche.

Zusatzfrage: Rad is ja für die Lichtberechnung verantwortlich. Hab beide Maps mit Rad normal bzw. rad extra berechnen lassen. Was is zwischen den beiden eigentlich der Unterschied?

Also, wie wird das ganze Level schön hell ? (Und NEIN ich will KEINE Fullbrightmap ^^)

Also: Ich benutze nun texlights, es schaut geil aus und hat mich bisher 2 1/2 Stunden mehr Arbeit gekostet. Ich schätz mal ich werd noch 2 Stunden dran hängen müssen bis allles endgültig paßt, aber der Aufwand lohnt sich.

Trotzdem schade, dass keine Lösung gefunden wurde.
