Ich habe den VHE 3.5m ZHLT und mitlerweile XP (Mit 98, wohlgemerkt die SELBEN Parameter, etc. Alles noch vorhanden (Game etc. is auf D, wurd aber nur C Formatiert... Naja)

Mit ZHLT fängt aber nicht wirklich an zu Arbeiten!

ich tippe mal auf die Leerzeichen bei D:\Valve Hammer Editor
benenn den Ordner doch mal um D:\Valve_Hammer_Editor z.B.
vielleicht musst du danach aber VHE neu installieren, wegen registry Verweise etc. K.A. wie der Hammer sich da verhält.
