Mach zum Ersten das HALFLI~ mal normal, vllt gehts dann schon.

Dann hättest du den Log mal durch den Analyzer laufen lassen können:

Problem:
Die Datei konnte nicht geöffnet werden, da kein Zugriff möglich ist. Mögliche Ursachen: Schreibschutz aktiviert oder (bei NTFS-dateisystemen) nicht genügend benutzerrechte. Letzteres wird jedoch wohl kaum die Ursache sein, es sei denn, man hat böse mit den Rechten herumgespielt.
Lösung:
Schreibschutz wegnehmen und/oder einen Blick in die Benutzerrechte für die Datei werfen.

Und die SuFu hätte dir auch geholfen:

ich komlimiere unter normal mit vis auf normal und rad auf normal bis extra, wenn ich meine das die maps soweit fertig sind...

Hatte ich auch schon mal, bei mir lag es daran, das ich einen Textur in die Länge gezogen habe.. wenn du das auch gemacht hast, solltest du es rückgängig machen und dann nochmal probieren.. vll hilft das.
