Hey kann mir jemand von euch coolen Profis helfen?
Ich bin Newbie und wollte wissen wie man eigene Waffen in WC einbauen kann. Ich habe mir von einer Site das Lichtschwert aus Star Wars runtergeladen mitsamt Sounds. Wie kann ich diese einbauen?
Ich weiß nur, dass es das Brecheisen=Crowbar ersetzt!

Du musst die Datei in den Ordner Half-Life\models kopieren, dadurch wird das Model der Brechstange ausgetauscht.

halflife/valve/models
oder:
halflife/valve/pak0.pak [unterordner models in pak0.pak]

oh, stimmt ja, valve\models, bei mir steht aber auch ein models-ordner im hauptverzeichnis, hab eben mist geredet ;D

Aber dennoch schadet auch ein wenig suchen nicht, drück mal auf F3 und gib Models ein.

der models ordner muss immer im root verzeichnis des jeweiligen mods sein, sonst findet der sie ned !

wo'sn das problem ?

Ohh mann, ihr werdet es nicht glauben.
In dem Ordner befindet sich nur ein Ordner der Player heißt!
In dem sind 3 Models: Barney Robo Zombie
Die kann ich mit dem Modelviewer sehen aber es sind keine Waffen oder andere Models drin!
Ich hatte damals Counter-Strike und da waren alle Models drin.
Jetzt hab ich nur noch HL und kann die nicht mehr sehen!
CS kann ich auch zur Zeit nicht installieren!
Ich glaub jetzt kann mir auch niemand mehr helfen!

guck mal in der PAK nach du newbie!
extrahiere die models:
p_crowbar.mdl
v_crowbar.mdl
w_crowbar.mdl
und ersetze sie dann im valve\models ordner durch deine!

ODER

wenn du ganz sicher bist dass du nie mehr mit der brechstange sondern immer
mit 'nem laserschwert rumlaufen willst,dann ersetz die files in der pak!

und sag jetzt bitte nicht,du kannst keine pak-dateien öffnen,dann flipp
ich aus!

in mods (wie CS) sind die ganzen models im verzeichnis,in hl (valve-ordner)
sind sie in der pak komprimiert mitsamt verzeichnisstruktur.
