need to make your mod attractive.

Do you have a web page yet? Have you designed the mod yet? If so,
where's your design document? What other team members have you
assembled? Anyone we know? Who's doing your (six teams worth) of
models? Who's doing your maps? Who's doing your testing?

You just might have the greatest mod idea since CounterStrike,
however you're going to have to work on it first and prove that you've
got the maturity to see it through to the end.

You're also going to have to prove you can do something useful?
'Mod Leader?' - What kind of title is that? Can you do anything
useful or do you just have the 'grand vision'? If you have no useful
skills that will be used to produce the mod, then go out and get
some. Learn to use worldcraft and build some maps. You can't just be
along for the ride unless you're spectacular at organisation or can
manage a web site and are prepared to promote the mod.

We see a lot of enthusiastic but unrealistic people all the time.
Mod coders have spent time building their knowledge and understanding
of the Half-Life engine. They tend to want to put the fruits of that
effort into projects that are worthwhile.
