Hallo!

Bald werde ich umziehen und suche für meine neue Studentenbude in Münster einen brauchbaren Telekommunikationsanbieter.
Lt. Telekom dort verfügbar: ISDN, DSL bis ADSL2+
Bisher hatte ich einen ISDN-Anschluss, DSL mit 1,5 mbit. Bezahlt habe ich pro Monat inkl. Gesprächseinheiten knapp über 40 Euro.
Was ich brauche: ISDN mit 2 Leitungen (Tel, vielleicht bald noch Fax), DSL-Flatrate ohne Volumen- oder Zeitlimit und ohne Verbot eines Router-Einsatzes (Nutzung aber nur durch eine Person) sowie den zugehörigen Grundanschluss/-tarif.
Variabel wären somit die DSL-Geschwindigkeit und der Telefon-Tarif.
Eine Telefonflatrate wäre zwar immer noch reizvoll, aber bei meinem Gesprächsvolumen wohl nicht unbedingt lohnend (Einheiten haben bei meiner Rechnung immer max. 5 € ausgemacht).

Meine Preisvorstellung: 40-50 € im Monat ohne weitere Kosten.
Als Hardware habe ich zur Verfügung: Router inkl. Modem, Telefonanlage inkl. VoIP-Funktion und Telefon, nehme aber gerne weitere Gratis-Geräte^^

Dazu meine Frage an Euch: Welche Anbieter könnt Ihr empfehlen? Von welchen ist eher abzuraten?

Meiner bisherigen Recherche nach klingt Arcor bislang ganz gut:
ISDN- und DSL-Flatrate für 45,85 € bzw. 49,85 bei DSL 1000 bzw. 2000.
ohne Telefon-Flatrate: 39,90 (DSL 2000), 49,90 (DSL 6000)

Bei mir war Arcor am günstigsten, aber die haben zwar in der ganzen Stadt, nur nich in meinem Haus nen Anschluss, deswegen bin ich zu 1und1. Telefonanschluss über Telekom (glaub 15€ oder so, analog) und von 1und1 kommt der 2000 DSL-Anschluss (auch so etwa 15€, 1000 lohnt sich nicht, erst in einem Jahr wirds billiger, weil man für 1000-Anschluss am Anfang mehr zahlen muss) und Flat für 5€. Sehr nützlich dabei ist die Internettelefonie, die mit jedem normalen Telefon funktioniert und einen nur 1ct/min ins Festnetz kostet.
Meine Familie in Stuttgart hat Alice. Ich weiß nich, obs damit zusammenhängt, aber bei denen geht manchmal das Internet einfach nicht. Ich würds nicht riskieren...

1. schonmal daran gedacht INET mit nachbarn zu teilen und dann TFON per VOIP? Wenn du 2 weitere leute findest dann holt ihr euch DSL2+ =16mbit+3 voip => ca 20€ (soviel kostet allein ein Analoger TFOn anschluss) pro Person pro Monat mit schneller verbindung und Telefon. Dazu die möglichkeit das Netzwerk auch noch anderweitig zu nutzen z.b. mit einem fileserver, gemeinsammen Laserdrucker usw

2. ich glaube du wirst bei den Anbietern keine großen Unterschiede finden. Die haben fast alle die gleichen Preise.

- Einmalig 40€ für Hardware (router mit Voip) ist optional
- 38,75 € (schnitt) pro Monat für flatrate 6000, Festnetz flatrate über VOIP, 24monate
Dazu kommen aber noch im gegensatz z.b. zu Arcor kosten für Analoges TFon
Wie du sehen kannst also fast das gleiche.

[EDIT] um nochmal auf deine Frage eine genaue Antwort zu geben: gute Erfahrungen habe ich bis jetzt mit Arcor (gute pings, zuverlässig) und Freenet (gutes Angebot und kurze hotline wartezeiten bei guter Beratung) gemacht.

Du musst Deine Bandbreite verbreitern, damit du breiter wirst von der Bandbreite her und ein breiteres Publikum ansprechen kannst.

Kann default da nur zustimmen, haben auch Arcor und sind soo zufrieden! Haben immernoch Telefonie ueber ISDN und die Leitung war einfach mal 2 Wochen tot. Fand ich klasse, hat unsere Telefonkosten in dem Monat schon gesenkt, v.a. weil wir eine Festnetz-Flatrate haben. Ansonsten haben die auch eine Woche mit dem DSL an den Start bekommen hinterher gehinkt... nichts wie ab zu Arcor!

@ default, zu Deinen Logs: Bedeuten die Connect-Zeiten, dass alle paar Minuten die Verbindung weg/getrennt ist? Also quasi die Uptime der Verbindung Deines Routers? Ich muss gestehen, dass ich da irgendwie nicht wirklich draus schlau werde... Es sei denn, es handelt sich wirklich um die reine Verbindungsdauer bis zur notwendig gewordenen Neu-Einwahl?! Das wäre ja verrückt...

das obere sind die zeiten bis zum disconnect, also solange war man verbunden bis der disconnect kam und man sich neu einwaehlen musste

das untere is ne neueinwahl die lockere 15 min dauert weil die gegenstelle nich antwortet

Das klingt ja nicht gerade nach einer guten Verbindung..
Ist Dein Verbindungs-Problem denn ein Einzelfall oder auch bei anderen Usern bekannt?

Aufgrund der schlechten Erfahrungen, die Ihr mir hier geschildert habt, werde ich voraussichtlich zu congster/Tcom statt zu Arcor wechseln, sobald ich umgezogen bin (dsl6000 flat und analoger anschluss ohne flat für 45 € im Monat). Einzige Alternative, die momentan noch verblieben ist in meiner Auswahl: Versatel (ist aber auch teurer, da keine Zusammenstellung ohne ISDN-Flat möglich ist).

Leider hab ich bei 1&1 auch äußerst schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Support sowie der Kundenfreundlichkeit gehabt (die als Grundausstattung gelieferte Hardware wurde zurückgefordert, weil wir angeblich bei der Telekom DSL bestellt hatten...).

Könnte ich denn VoIP ohne Analog- oder ISDN-Anschluss nutzen und dann auch direkt angerufen werden? Also nur DSL mit dieser DSLphone-Flat bestellen? Irgendwie geht das nicht aus der Website hervor, weil die von "zusätzlichen Rufnummern" schreiben...
