Hallo,
ich hatte auf einer Festplatte Fedora installiert,
diese dann mal als Datenplatte in nem anderen Pc gehabt, sie dann formatiert

und jetzt möchte ich sie als master in einem pc mit windows xp installieren,

leider versucht trotz formatieren immernoch fedora zu booten, gibt es dann aber auf, und mit xp cd im laufwerk startet zwar kurz das setup, aber dann bleibt der monitor schwarz

wie bekomme ich fedora ganz weg?

Formatieren ändert nichts am MBR, und genau da sitzt der Bootloader.

Du brauchst eine bootfähige Diskette oder eine anderweitige Rettungskonsole. Dort führst du entweder "fdisk /mbr" oder "fixmbr" aus.

Windows Installations CD kann das: Reparaturkonsole öffnen.

reperatrut konsole öffnen?, wie geht das?
beim booten von cd schmiert er ja mehr oder weniger sofort ab...

und mit ner boot-cd bin ich auch noch nicht viel weiter, da mein nero keine images brennen will und downloads bei meinem internet stunden dauern :/

disketten laufwerk hat er nicht :/

pack dir nen kleines linux auf nen usb stick,
boote das,
cfdisk /dev/hda
entfern die partitionen,
fertig

Du musst Deine Bandbreite verbreitern, damit du breiter wirst von der Bandbreite her und ein breiteres Publikum ansprechen kannst.

also ich habe knoppix von cd gebootet,
aber fdisk
cfdisk
cfdisk /dev/hda

führen nur zu fehlern, auf die platte konnte nicht zugegriffen werden... etc.

ahh knoppix hat auch noch nen partitions manager, damit hab ichs geschafft
