wie mache ich am besten ein newsscript.ich dachte daran, dass sich per pw jeder beliebige einloggen kann und newsposten kann, die immer gleich formatiert(umrandung,schriftart etc.) werden.mach ich das mit php java html oder wie und wo bekommt man ein tutorial?

PHP + MySQL wäre wohl eine gute Lösung, HTML brauchst du natürlich auch immer...
