Hi, erstmal wollte ich wissen wo ich milkshape herbekomme, ich finde die chumbalumpage einfach net mehr. Und dann wo bekommt man für anfänger VERSTÄNDLICHE Tuts auf DEUTSCH her. SAchon ma im voraus danke

Tutorials auf deutsch sind erstens nicht nur überflüssig, sondern ausserdem auch meist sehr flüchtig.

hab noch ne frage udzar wie bekomme ich die *.ms3d datei in eine *.mdl datei umgewandelt

Dazu musst Du bones in das model lege, assignen, in eien Reference-SMd exportieren, animationen erstellen und diese als Sequence-SMD speichern, dann musst Du eine QC-File schreiben und dann entweder mit MilkShape über das Tools-Pulldown oder mit Studiomdl.exe aus dem SDK kompilieren.

So, jetzt weisst Du, wie das geht =)
