du hast in deiner Map einen Brush mit einer sky Textur und einer normalen Textur!
In der Fehlermeldung steht:

entering c:dokumente und einstellungen fischerdesktopma sehen was dat wird.map
Fatal: Entity 0, Brush 199: mixed face contents
Fatal: Texture -3OUT_RK3 and SKY

Du musst im Menü map "search/find brush" (oder so) anklicken, und dann bei Brush 199 eingeben.
Jetzt wird der fehlerhafte block markiert. Diesem musst du eine andere Textur zuweisen (sky-Texur und andere auf EINEM Brush geht nicht!!)

1. Fatal: Entity 0, Brush 199: mixed face contents = auf brush 199, den du mit wc3.3 suchen kannst ist das los oder änliches was [NoD]N3O schon gesagt hat
2. compiler und die map MÜSSEN auf einer hdd/auf einer partition liegen
3. deine mapfile "ma sehen was dat wird.map" ist 1. zu lang und enthält zusetzlich auchnoch leerzeichen. das musst du auchnoch ändern

Anmerkung zu Lingas Antwort :

Nicht nur der Dateiname des Mapfiles, sondern aus der Name des Verzeichnisses darf keine Leerzeichen [Spaces] enthalten !
