Ich wurde gerne wissen ob es zu map Schäden kommen kann wenn man Decompil schutz irgendwie nicht richtig einsetzt.
Also bei VMEX FAQ steht folgendes:
Quellcode:1. Add a property key "no_decomp" with value "1" to any entity. (You will need to turn off smart edit to do this).
   2. Use a texture called "tools/locked" on any non-culled face in the map. (This is not a real texture, so you will have to make a custom one.) You may hide the texture in a sealed room, but it can't be on any culled face on the map (facing towards the void).
   3. Use this small prefab: protector.zip. Add it anywhere in the map, but don't rotate or scale it. If you retexture it, make sure all faces and all brushes have the same texture. Don't use the texture "tools/toolsinvisible", but "tools/toolsnodraw" is fine.
Ich habe das erste benutzt aber ich habe es nicht bei einen entity eigefügt sondern bei "MAP Properties...". Alles scheint zu funktionieren und die Map wird normal geladen aber ich weiß ja nicht ob es wirklich sicher ist.

Was würdet ihn emfehlen?

hab das dritte immer benutzt. Noch keine probleme mit gehabt..

Wobei es eh keinen sinn hat, denn es gibt einen 'cracked' compiler von VMEX der auch geschützte maps decompiled..

Ich empfehle dir, dir die ganze Hampelei mit dem "niemand-kommt-an-meine-map-ran" zu sparen. "Source könnte genausogut Open-Source heissen." (C: VDC) Der Satz ist ziemlich korrekt, wer deine Map unbedingt dekompilieren will, wird Mittel und Wege finden (VMEX wurde bereits von einigen Menschen dementsprechend ... "modifiziert").
Also: Lass sie. Wenn jemand wissen möchte "Wie funktioniert den diese coole Entitiekonstruktion?", warum ihm dann die Möglichkeit nehmen, selbst nachzusehen? (Ab einem bestimmten Komplexitätsgrad produziert VMEX sowieso nicht mehr direkt kompilierfähige Resultate.)

Zum Einsetzen des Schutzes:
"Map Properties" IST ein Entitie (worldspawn). Schäden gibts keine bekannten.

Ok, danke. Ich wollte nur meine map von kiddies schützen die versuche Geheimgänge oder sonstiges herauszufinden.
